Andrea is Vice President, Human Resources, a postion she assumed in 2024.

Prior to her current role, Andrea was Global Director of HR for Mobile Emissions Catalysts and RD&A. She joined BASF in 2005 and subsequently held HR roles with increasing responsibilities.
