Prior to his current role, Stefan was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for BASF Corporation in North America. He joined BASF in 2014 as Senior Vice President, Legal & Compliance, BASF Group and previously held leadership roles at Dyckerhoff AG, General Electric and Stinnes AG.
