Tim is Senior Vice President, Precious Metal Services & Recycling, a position he assumed in 2022.

Prior to his current role, Tim was Vice President, Precious Metals Refining, Chemicals and Battery Recycling, Iselin, New Jersey. Tim joined BASF in 2004 and his earlier career included roles with increasing leadership responsibilities.
